STRATEGIC CONSULTING & PROCESS SUPPORT AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Engagement: Strategy & System Logistics

By signing this Agreement, you are retaining the Consultant to provide non-legal strategic consulting, procedural insights, and daily process management support. [1]

• What We Do: We meet virtually via Zoom to decode administrative clutter, organize financial documentation checklists, map out negotiation goals before mediation, calibrate your communication habits, and execute deep mindset grounding.

• What We Don't Do: The Consultant is a former Senior Associate solicitor but is not your practicing lawyer and does not operate a family law firm under this agreement. We do not provide formal legal advice, legal opinions, or court advocacy under the Legal Profession Act. We do not provide clinical therapeutic mental health diagnoses or psychiatric treatment. 2. Financial Commitments & The CommBank Framework

• Upfront Settlement: You agree to pay for your chosen single session or package framework in full via direct deposit into the designated Commonwealth Bank account prior to your first official session block.

• The 48-Hour Hold Expiry: All issued invoices carry a strict 48-hour calendar hold on your tentative session dates. If direct deposit confirmation is not received within 48 hours, your session holds will automatically expire and be released.

3. Calendar Integrity & The 24-Hour Rule

Your transformation requires momentum and strict mutual respect for time. We enforce a firm 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling boundary. If you cancel, miss, or attempt to reschedule a locked-in Zoom strategy session with less than 24 hours' notice, that session is permanently forfeited, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued.

4. Absolute Client Sovereignty & Release of Liability

• You Take the Wheel: You explicitly acknowledge that you remain the absolute author and director of your own life choices, financial instructions, and parenting decisions. You agree to retain a qualified, practicing family law solicitor to formally execute any legal orders or property splits.

• Indemnity: You agree to hold the Consultant completely harmless from any personal, emotional, financial, or litigation outcomes resulting from your family law matter. The Consultant accepts zero liability for any adverse court judgments, failed mediations, or financial losses incurred during or after the term of this contract. [1]

5. Confidentiality & The Briefing Room Vault

Everything shared inside our Zoom sessions, email threads, and Strategy Journals is treated with absolute, ironclad privacy. The Consultant will never disclose any details of your file, your ex, or your family dynamics to any third party without your express written consent, unless required to do so by an Australian court of law.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGN-OFF

I have thoroughly read, understood, and laughed (or cried - that’s okay too!) my way through this Agreement. I explicitly accept the boundaries of this non-legal strategic space. I acknowledge that I am stepping out of the passenger seat, taking back control of my life, and investing in my own long-term sovereignty.
